Check the packaging in the presence of the carrier for damage, dents or scratches!

If possible, please unpack the goods in the presence of the carrier and check the goods for damage.

Do not sign the delivery bill until you have checked the goods!

If even the smallest damage or scratches are visible, be sure to note this on the delivery bill! (E.g.: "Packaging is damaged" or "Device has scratches").

If the goods are then found to be damaged, the damage can be claimed as delivery damage. If this remark is missing on the delivery bill, we have no possibility to settle the damage.
